Butter Soy Sauce Rosemary Steak (Sweet Savory Rosemary Steaks, バター醤油ローズマリー風ステーキ)

This Butter Soy Sauce Rosemary Steak is so easy to make using only a frying pan. It has a rosemary aroma, a sweet savory flavor, a very juicy, and a tender texture. Butter soy sauce flavor is very popular in Japan. We also have butter soy sauce flavored potato chips in Japan. You would enjoy this unique steak at home!
To be honest with you, I put too much rosemary this time. Also a can of cut asparagus for the side is not as good as fresh cut asparagus and/or fresh green beans. I highly recommend using fresh cut asparagus and/or fresh green beans instead of the can of cut asparagus for the side dish.

For steaks

  • 1 big thin beef steak (272g, 0.6 LBS)
